This 357 Magnum cartridge by Winchester sports a 145 grain Silvertip projectile. The bullet’s jacket promotes certain feeding, prevents rapid bore fouling, and ensures that it can penetrate through commonly encountered barriers including heavy fabric. Once within a soft target this bullet’s hollow point will cause it to expand a great deal, creating a gaping wound channel which a threat isn’t likely to shrug off. This bullet’s jacket and core are tightly bound together so as to prevent separation of the two during penetration, assuring a deep wound channel as well.
